Condensed Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

It’s National Chocolate Chip Cookies Day! To celebrate i have made some chocolate chip cookies but of course they can’t be just “normal” cookies. I made Condensed Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. It gives it a very nice scent and gives it that unique taste. I also added a little bit of dulce de leche to it as an added punch to the flavor. Overall turned out well and very easy to make. It also doesn’t need any egg which makes the process a little bit easier.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup dulce de leche
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Pinch salt

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a few trays with parchment paper.

Step 2

Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the condensed milk and dulce de leche until well incorporated.

Step 3

Add flour, baking powder and salt, and mix on a low speed until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Step 4

Roll tablespoons of the dough into balls or using a ice cream scoop, place on the lined trays and flatten with your hand.

Step 5

Bake for 12 – 15 minutes, until golden. Remove and place on cooling rack. Enjoy!
