A recipe for Custard Biscuits, I like to think of them as a form of sugar cookies with it’s signature fork pressed mark on the top. It’s main ingredient as you can probably guess by the name is custard powder. It’s a very easy recipe and taste nice and light.


  • 1 ¾ cups unsalted butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup custard powder
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup white sugar


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 365° F (180° C).

Step 2

In the mixer, beat the butter and sugar together until smooth. Add in Vanilla. In a separate bowl, shift flour and custard powder together.

Step 3

Add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and combine until you have a smooth dough.

Step 4

Shape into little balls ans roll in sugar. Take a fork and press down on each ball.

Step 5

Bake for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
