A very easy Paprika Chicken recipe, great for any easy meal during the week.
- 8 chicken thighs (bone in and skin on)
- 4 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 onion
Mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt together in a small bowl. Season the chicken thighs generously with the mixture. Preheat oven to 400F.
Prepare skillet with some oil. soft onions on low heat for a few minutes.
Add Chicken and brown each side about a few minutes each.
Roast at 400 degrees (F) for about 40 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Add sour cream with the juices and whisk until smooth. Serve the gravy warm alongside the chicken. Enjoy!
