This is a recipe for a nice creamy Peanut Butter Fudge. It is extremely easy to make and very quick. My suggestion is to get a candy thermometer to make things that much easier and have it hit the “soft ball” stage. I have never tried it with say almond butter or other kinds of nut butter but it should work equally well. Very easy recipe and fun to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

Method

Step 1

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or line with parchment paper, set aside.

Step 2

In a mixer combine flour, peanut butter, vanilla extract and marshmallow creme.

Step 3

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to boil and then cook for 5 minutes after boil started.. should be about 238 degrees F.

Step 4

Remove from heat and combine with flour mixture. Let it sit in the flour mixture for a minute so it can melt and soften the creme. Mix well.

Step 5

Pour on baking sheet, cool to harden. Enjoy!
